How long will Dermal Fillers last before I need a top up, is a question asked by many of our clients. As Dermal Fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a natural sugar found in all human cells the rate at which the body re-absorbs or removes it completely, will vary depending on the individual and the way their body works. Because of these natural processes, the length of time that dermal fillers last before a top up treatment would be required largely depends upon these factors. However, in our experience, dermal fillers usually last anywhere from 6-9 months for most people before they would need a top-up treatment, but this is not an exact time-frame.
